All University stakeholders requesting any type of service from OIT will need to complete a Project Service Request form. The completed form should be forwarded to either the Service Center or the appropriate OIT representative.
The Project Management Office has developed a new service request form that serves as the entry point for stakeholders to submit a request for OIT services. The stakeholder will be responsible to specify the reason why they have submitted the request, any anticipated benefits, and estimated costs. Within a couple of days, OIT will review the request and develop a preliminary impact analysis that will specify the estimated effort and financial implications. These figures are only estimates which will determine if the request is approved and if the request is designated as a project. Upon project approval, detail analysis will be performed to further define these figures.
