The project will be deployed in three distinct phases based on geographical location. The project timeline calls for the three phases to be done sequentially and to be completed in twenty-four months starting in spring of 2012:
- Phase A includes the entire Northern campus and is to be completed in eleven months. Phase A will also include the purchase and installation of the UC/VOIP infrastructure.
- Phase B, which is comprised of the Central campus, is to be completed in nine months.
- Phase C is the remaining Southern campus and Scotch Plains and is estimated to be completed in four months.
