The Project Management Office oversees the overall design, development, & communication of project management activities across Office of Information Technology to ensure that project goals are accomplished with the prescribed time frame, funding parameters, and quality assurance objectives.

The office will develop project methodology, such as staffing, scheduling, budgets, risks and contingency plans, which all OIT personnel will follow to ensure that stakeholder's goals, are met.
